Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or product launches.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the order details, shipping address, or item selections.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and open a support/claim ticket with them. We are not able to replace or refund orders that are in transit or handled by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur additional reshipment fees.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some items may be produced in limited quantities or offered as pre-orders. Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page. Ordering a pre-order item means you agree to the stated fulfillment timeframe.
Exchanges & Returns
All sales are final due to limited stock. Exchanges are only offered for size adjustments or manufacturer defects and require a Return Authorization within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
